™1. The robot: Hardware Supply Agreement
You buy the robot. The price depends on the model and configuration and is available on request, plus VAT. It includes delivery, installation, LiDAR mapping of your venue and staff training. Pay in full, or pay a 20% deposit, half when you sign and half on delivery, and the balance in 12 equal monthly instalments by Direct Debit. There is no interest and no finance charge, and you can settle early at any time at no cost. We keep title only as security until the price is paid in full; it then passes to you automatically. Risk passes to you on delivery, so insure the robot for its replacement value. The robot carries a 12-month warranty from acceptance, with repairs by our own technicians.
2. The service: Managed Service Agreement

Your tier is set from measured usage in the first month and reviewed every quarter. The initial term is 12 months, then month to month on 30 days’ notice. The service continues after the robot is paid for.
Hosting on our dedicated server in London, your venue map and knowledge base, conversation in a voice chosen for your venue, coordination between robots at the same venue, remote monitoring, software updates and support.
The platform is provided as a service; no software is licensed or transferred to you.
3. Your data
For interaction data at your venue you are the controller and BodyBot™ is the processor. Data is stored in the UK. See our robot deployments privacy notice.
