Hardware Supply Agreement

Own the robot.
Make it work for you.

  1. The robot. Price on request, depending on model and configuration, including delivery, installation, LiDAR mapping of your venue and staff training. Your written quote confirms the price plus VAT.
  2. Paying for it. Pay in full, or pay a 20% deposit, half when you sign and half on delivery, and the balance in 12 equal monthly instalments by Direct Debit. No interest and no finance charge, and you can settle early at any time at no cost. Title passes to you as soon as the price is paid.
  3. The BodyBot™ managed AI service. Tier 1 £149 plus VAT, Tier 2 £199 plus VAT or Tier 3 £249 plus VAT, per robot per month, for up to 1,500, up to 4,000 or more than 4,000 AI interactions a month. We set the tier from your first month’s usage and review it every quarter. 12-month initial term, then month to month on 30 days’ notice. It continues after the robot is paid for.

Your written proposal identifies the robot and configuration, deployment and training, payment schedule, warranty and support arrangements. Maintenance, servicing and consumables are explained in the agreed scope, so you can compare the complete offer before committing.

The BodyBot™ managed AI service is £149 plus VAT, £199 plus VAT or £249 plus VAT per robot per month, depending on usage. Your written quote confirms the figures.

Title passes to you as soon as the price is paid in full, at the latest with the final instalment. Until then we keep title only as security for payment. Risk passes to you on delivery, so insure the robot for its replacement value.

Yes, within the selected model’s capabilities. We scope your routes, venue mapping, branded videos, photos, menus and applications. Booking or other API integrations are assessed for compatibility, permissions and the task you need to perform.
