Rental, billed monthly
GreetingBot Mini rental starts from £9.99 per day excluding VAT, billed monthly. The daily amount is a price equivalent, not a daily billing schedule. At 20% VAT, the starting daily equivalent is £11.99 including VAT. Your written quote confirms the monthly payment for your chosen configuration.
The minimum rental term is six months. Rental lets you experience the robot in your business before taking the longer-term ownership route. It is a paid agreement, not a free trial or a cancel-anytime offer.
Keep it after 24 continuous rental months
Complete 24 continuous months of rental and keep the robot with no balloon or final purchase payment. Rentals of less than 24 months do not transfer ownership.

Training, warranty and support
Full training, a two-year warranty and a response within 24 hours anywhere in the UK are provided for purchases and rentals. Your agreement confirms warranty coverage and exclusions, maintenance, servicing and consumables. The 24-hour commitment is for a response, not a guaranteed on-site visit or completed repair.
